The Poker Kid

The Poker Kid
What does leaving education incomplete with just one credit short suggest? It suggested that Daniel's objective was crystal clear. A Canadian denizen, Daniel fell in love with Poker at the age of 16 and has remained faithful ever since and has he been loved back or what?! Daniel Negreanu holds the distinction of amassing live earnings of more than $10,000,000! Now that is big money! And he has sure earned it in style!
He secured two first place finishes at the 1997 World Poker Finals at Foxwoods and only climbed up thereon. He has since added three World Series of Poker bracelets, two World Poker Tour titles, and more than thirty victories in tournaments across the globe.
Daniel Negreanu is known for his ability to outplay opponents after the flop. He is highly skilled at putting opponents on hand and detecting weakness. He also plays a wide variety of hands, making it difficult to put him on any particular holding. If you're going to come into a pot and Daniel Negreanu is at the table, you're going to want to come in raising. Do everything you can to get Daniel out of the pot early, or not to come in at all, because if you let him hang around, you could be in big trouble.
Despite the accomplishments, Daniel still manages to maintain a child like charm, easy going and jovial attitude. He started out playing so young as compared to his opponents burly men in multiples of his age but not once did he allow them to be intimidating. It is this that has earned him the nickname of Kid Poker.
Daniel has penned several books including Hold'em Wisdom for All Players, More Hold'em Wisdom for All Players and Power Hold'em Strategy and has also contributed to a chapter in Super System 2 written by legendary Doyle Brunson.
Here is one smart kid to reckon!
